Our MASCOT- George! 2000-2020
Her full name is Georgia Ann Lass-Robinson. Like any lady, she won't share her age. Her early years are a mystery, but rumored to be tough, as she was found on the mean streets of Delhi in early 2012.
She moved to Newport with her owner where she enjoys the life of a true lady. Her favorite foods are eggs, steak, or whatever falls on the floor. Her favorite activities include wrestling, boating, and napping on the love seat.
George became the Bulldog mascot in 2013. Although, she looks mean, she loves the kids. George will make special appearances for parades, opening games and any special events the Bulldogs may have
George's favorite sport is football, and she always roots for the Bulldogs. WOOF!
Unfortunately, Our George passed over the Rainbow Bridge in late 2020 after a short illness.
